I'm a UX researcher and a certified educator with 6 years of experience in applied research settings in Taiwan, UK, Denmark, and Spain. I focus on users' experiences with learning, media, and technology. I design end-to-end research solutions that help evidence-based product design. Extensive qualitative experience with usability testing, interviews, focus groups, home visits,
design-based research, and digital communities.
I'm originally from Taiwan, now based in UK.
