INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN

I had been a part-time teacher for 3 years, a full-time teacher for 4 years, and an academic affairs chief for 3 years.
I created meaningful and engaging educational programs through ADDIE and design thinking approaches for children in deprived areas.
I use integrated pedagogies to promote inclusion and enhance the performances of diverse learners.
